-The schedule is subject to change. Please ensure you re-check your times up until the day before the event.

WEIGH INS

-Weigh ins for junior athletes will begin at 8:15am. Weigh ins for Adult & Master athletes will be open from 10:30am. You may weigh in anytime from these times, until 1 hour before your division is due to begin. All weigh ins are WITHOUT the Gi, with ZERO TOLERANCE. We do not offer division changes on the day.

PROCEDURE

-Athletes will then need to be in the bullpen (the blue matted area enclosed by barriers which is close to the fighting areas) 30 minutes before their division start time. The bullpen is for athletes ONLY, not parents, spectators or coaches.

-If a competitor does not report to the mat co-ordinator at the bull pen when called, they will be disqualified without refund, so please be in the bull pen on time. You will be called 3 times maximum.

-Please ensure you are wearing footwear when not on the mats.

-All adult male competitors are not permitted to wear any rashguards or tshirts under their Gi's, unless for religious or medical reasons.

-Once a mat co-ordinator has taken you to your designated mat please remain there, if you leave mat side and your name is called to commence your match, you will be DQ without refund.

-Only coaches who are wearing and displaying an All Stars BJJ coach pass will be allowed in the central aisle - no exceptions. These should have been requested prior to any event.

-We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse of our staff. This is unacceptable. If you have an issue, please request to speak to the event supervisor. Please remember that during a fight and regarding the winner of a fight; the referee's decision is final.

We are extremely excited for our final 'South' event of 2024, and look forward to seeing all athletes, coaches and teams there!

This event will also feature the Mighty Absolutes; an opportunity for Junior athletes to win the championship belts!
Athletes will have a number of split weights to choose from in each age grouping, with the absolutes Gi only at this event.

The Mighty absolutes will be divided by age and belt, then have multiple split weight options per age grouping.
Age groupings for the Mighty Absolutes are:

Pee Wee 1 + Pee Wee 2
Junior 1 + Junior 2
Teen 1 + Teen 2
Juvenile

Each Mighty Absolute will need to have a minimum of 7 athletes registered in order for it to run.
Split weights are as follows:

PeeWee Mighty Absolute:

-Over 30kg

Junior Mighty Absolute:
-38kg
-46kg
-55kg
Over 55kg

Teen Mighty Absolute:
-50kg
-65kg
Over 65kg
